Ashley founded Manor & Hound after more than two decades working with companion dogs across the British countryside. His training philosophy is rooted in calm authority, patient consistency, and a genuine respect for the dog as an individual.

Having trained dogs for distinguished families across the United States and the United Kingdom, Ashley brings an unparalleled depth of experience to every placement. He oversees the programme from initial selection through to final handover.

Megan holds a degree in Animal Behaviour and brings a scientific rigour to the Manor & Hound programme. She specialises in the developmental psychology of dogs — ensuring that every companion is not only obedient, but emotionally confident, socially well-adjusted, and genuinely calm.

Megan leads our client consultation process, working closely with families to understand their specific requirements and ensure the perfect match. She also coordinates our follow-up support programme, maintaining relationships with our families long after placement.

Daniel comes from a background in professional gundog handling and field trials. He manages the countryside and distraction training elements of our programme — ensuring our dogs are composed and reliable in every environment, from a busy city street to an open moorland.

Daniel specialises in the Elite tier programme and coordinates the logistical aspects of our international placements, including travel preparation and the international handover process.
